My clio has just hit 100000k what's the best oil option 5w40 or 10w40?? Fully or semi?

Fully synth is best I believe, and I think most people just stick to 5w40 but other people with high mileage Clios can confirm

look in the trader section opie oil.. they have a sale on millers cfs...£40 delivered.. one of best you can get.. just put in in mine.

Thanks guys for the info just spoke to a friend I forgot about funnily enough, works at Renault as driver 5 litres of 5w40 oil and oil filter £25 happy days
