SERVICE OIL AND PLUGS

Hi, what is the best oil and plugs I can use in my W reg 1.2 8v, its done 42000 miles, mostly short journeys and odd long and short motorway journeys? Is there anything else I should do apart from oil and air filter, change oil and plugs?? Thanks!

Depends is the cambelt etc been chnaged is the gearbox oil the original what about brake fluid and pads etc?

5-40 is fine oll to use most important thing it to chnage it often

ye the cambelt has just been done, none of the pads or grinding yet so they should be ok, the gearbox oil is original and so is the brake fluid, i think ill leave the gearbox oil as its only done 40 000 and the gears feel smooth as well as the brakes. thanks alot
