Right im abit complicated here and im not sure why..

Car was registered 31/05/2005

it had its 36K service at 08/05/2008

which o the invoice it had:

Carry out 36k service £245
Acess Belt Kit £107
Washer £1.24
Filter Oil £6.59
Filter 14.05
Screen Wash £1.48
Removed and replaced RR pads and discs £84
Removed and replaced FR pads and discs £84
Discs pair brake £164
Brake pads £42
Brake discs £88
Plaquette frein £41


its on 49k now.

So am i right in thinking that i am in need of a belt change, im slightly confused as to which on or is it both?

It's overdue a normal 12k service.

Cambelt+aux belt will be due on 31/05/2010 (unless you get up to 72k before)

Services are 12k or 2 years (whichever comes first)
Auxbelt is 36k or 5 years (whichever comes first)
Cambelt is 73k or 5 years (whichever comes first)

Don't get whats so confusing lol

So would it be a waste of money taking it in to have both belts done and a service in the next month?

Up to you, but if you go get the belts done it would be 8 months and 22k early.

Sorry to bump this back up but the time has come to get the major service done, just one question i just need to ask, am i right in thinking that even thought the Cambelt was changed at 36k, it will need changing again along with the Auxbelt?

According to that invoice the cambelt has not been changed?

There is no major service either, there all the same, unless it's a belt change.

I think coolant and brake fluid get changed a 4 years to.
