Servicing a Williams

Going to get my mate to give my car a pre winter service. What should i get him to do?

Coolent Flush
Oil Change - Which oil should i buy to replace with?
Oil Filter - any paticular?
Plugs - any type recomended? http://www.k-tecracing.com/show_product.asp?id=190??

Anything else i should do? (already has a uprated filter)

PM Oilman as he has some deals on oil and plugs at the moment,i usually do fuel filter,leads,dizzy cap etc all at once

I have uprated leads so no need to change there.

Dizzy cap could be done though

i wouldnt bother with them plugs just get some from halfords or a local motor factors

i didnt mean dont get ngk plugs but just not from k-tec who will of added there bit on

Plugs, Leads, Dizzy Cap and Rotor arm. Top stuff!
