servicing and warrenty





do i have to go to renault for a service if i want to keep my warrenty as firstly j hate them secondly i dont trust them with my car and thridly there so expensive, im sure someone said as liong as i got to a specialist who uses the correct renault parts id still get a stamp and keep my warrenty, anyone know this for sure??

Speak to renault uk and ask about your warranty and the impact block exemption has on it.

They should be obliged to confirm in writing.

well I sent an email asking renault regarding this and they havent even been arsed to email me back.
 


as long as its vat registered and uses reno parts, you can go where you like, you will get better service, my local garage picks up the car from work and drops it off at night all clean and shiny, i saved 100 pounds on the 12k service alone, .. I have had it confirmed from the reno service manager that this does not effect the warrenty what so ever.... anyone tell you different is talking bollox!!!....
