Servicing Question?

Right well I have had my 1.6 16v Clio from new since October 2004 and covered only 4966miles so far.

I was wondering as I am off work in June could I have the 18k/2 year service early?. Or has it got to be in October this year?.

You can have it early if you want, but it only takes a few hours and can even be done saturday so why bother ???

It doesn't take long to have the service done you can always arrnage to pick a courtesy car up one night after work and drop it back the next day and pick your car up. i wouldn't bother paying to servic it early I'd have the oil changed but you can do that yourself.

Is there a guide for changing the oil for yourself?. I have seen one for this forum, but its for the RS models only (I think?).

Its just the same, no need to do the filter realy. Undo the sump plug, drain the oil out. New sump washer tigthen the plug back up and pour the new oil in. 20 minute job.
