Servicing

Hi guys,
I have a 1.2 16v 52 plate clio which needs a service. Its on nearly 60k miles at the moment and I checked in the service history and the owner before me had a new cambelt fitted.

My questions are:
Is it best to go to a Renault garage or will they be a rip off?
How much does an average service (for the situation I am in) cost?
Are there any common things I could possibly do to my car before the service to save cost?
