Servo question

Today i noticed when the car is running in neutral and i move the steering wheel a kind of "wuush" sound, if i turn the wheel left or right, or on full lock, no matter it does that "wuush"-ing sound, something similar to a turbo or air induction system sound. the steering is normal when you drive it.
i'm just wondering if that is ok (this "wuuush" sound). when you drive it i think i can't hear it.

Are you asking if the power steering makes a noise when you are staionary and turn the wheel?

yes, mine is making this kind of "wuuush" when i turn the wheel left or right (stationary). the sound is almost like the engine is supercharged.
i changed last year the steering fluid, no leaks
i was wondering if this is ok?
