Hi guys,

Ok - this is another Vs. thread which I'd usually not post - but I've been forced to by constant debates with my mates:

Which is faster :

Clio 182 + Powertec induction kit (Me)
Seat Leon Cupra T
Pug 206 GTI GT with ramair induction kit and cat back exhaust system

Refuse to race them for obvious reasons - no tracks around.

As the Clio owner, I'm fighting my corner - over to you!! Which is faster??

is it just a cupra or the cupra r ? you will bat the 206 as its just the 140 bhp gti with a bodykit

I guess in a 1/4 mile situation and on a B Road (closest to real life situations)

The Leon does 'feel' faster as high speed... but cornering can't touch the Clio. Would the 206 Gti make up some distance on the Cupra on a twisty road?

doubt it... find out!!!! turbo's always feel faster as they deliver all the torque in one big lump (the push back in the seat bit) but then they run out of puff... the clio's deliver it nice and smoothly all the way through the rev range, this is why they dont feel as quick
