Shaking wobbly cup

Car  182/ 172 Cup
So after a few problems I had with my 172 cup (after it sat for 3 years) I now have one remaining problem Im not such what to do about.

When I go over small bumps or even the rumble strips that are on the entry to roundabouts etc, the car shakes really badly (my 182 never did this) my cups on standard suspension so it's not lowered or anything.
It feels very unsafe, something feels loose under the front end and is shaking.

I first though it could be engine mounts? Or dogbone mount?
The dog bone looks fine although I don't really know.
Maybe the strut tops f**ked?

I can only describe it as if the whole front suspension feels like it's welded solid and over lots of little bumps/rough ground nothing is absorbing the vibrations.

It has just been Motd and went threw ok, also over big bumps it's fine, no bangs or crashes, no bouncy stuff just normal.

Any ideas would be great. The cars done 37k

Cheers kris

Sounds like worn/old/dying suspension components to me so get it checked out.

Like what? Any ideas? It's had two new wishbones, everything else is original.
There's no bounce on the front so it doesn't feel like the shocks are worn?
Hmmmm... Need to have a good look over everything I think.
Cheers
