There is a dude on DW who uses it on his black civic and it always seems to give a deep shine. I've never used it myself but 109 is apparently pretty durable too. I think it's pretty well rated as a winter sealant.
wash - polish using something like super resin polish, then two coats of jetseal 109 and finish with a layer of wax such as collonite - job done and deep shine
I would look into the Werkstat Acrylic Jet to, leagues above the CG sealant offerings.
Worth remembering the sealant or wax is the final few precent of the cars overall look, the main bulk of the gloss and look is created in the polishing stages.
