Shell VPower 97 or VPower (100) Racing

  RSTUNER'ED-C&B'ED RS-1
In Turkey, we have these two available, but price difference is huge. For a Mk1 RS 172 is concerned, Does it really make a huge performance or mpg difference between these two?

I know for RS's 98 Ron is recommended, 97 and 100 both are not matching. Which way is better higher octane rating or lower than required?

Thanks for the replies.

Ron 100 is better... just means its purer and burns better. In theory will see slight gains, but too marginal to pay the difference for if its a large difference.
You cna also get a gain in MPG is you drive like a granny :rasp:

This last comment is absolutely true, observed slightly better mpg when Ron 100 is used.
