Shock Horror!





Go to pick up my 182 after having the mount done (which seens to be fixed) and what do I find....... a yellow card hanging from my interior mirror which says, "....... while you car has been here at renault we have given it a complimentary wash a nd valet........ if you have not been happy with your service etc etc......"

No! im not F**kin Happy! I spend 3hrs yesterday cleaning it in side and out!!!!...... no s**t its now dirty they must have jetwashed it then shammied it with a dirty leather..... W*nkers

at least they tried.

mine was left for me to collect with sweetcorn in the footwells once. probably where some tw*t had eaten his lunch in there.:mad:

Its so frustrating how little care they take of your car when its in there care.

My car went to them gleaming and came back covered in all sorts including masses of bird sh*te they hadnt bothered to even clean off. Bunch of muppets they are mate!! :confused:

they tried washing my car today when in for service. I quickly told them not to, Id just done it yesterday too, it was spotless, are they blind?



suppose they are just trying to be helpful though, and "most" customers would appreciate it.
 


Come on! You cant have everything. If the car wasnt clean before it went in and came out clean youd be happy. In my experience most people kick up one hell of a fuss if the car isnt sparkling when it comes out, even for a minor repair.

Its a courtesy to clean the car, if you dont want it cleaned then make it clear when booking it in. They put a note on the J/C saying "DO NOT VALET." And it makes the valeters job easier.

This guy thinks hes got dealer problems after they used a dirty leather?

I picked my car up after a major service to find some damage to the front bumper and bonnet "I dont remember that being like that" i thought,but carried on off to sainsburys.It was only when i opened the boot to put a weeks shopping in there I found a dead cyclist and crushed racing bike! I phoned the dealers straight away to complain and the service manager gave me his sincerest apologies and offered me a 10% discount on my next service!
