shocks

could anyone tell me how i would go about changing front and rear shocks on my cup? i know its easy so thought id do it myself

Rear oneyou undo the bolt which is under a plastic cover in the boot and undo the bolt under the car which holds the shock to the rear arm.
No need to even jack the car up.

For th front you need to undo the top mount thingie which is bound to be stuck solid then jack car up remove the two bolts which hold the shock to the hub pull the shock and spring out then disassemple it (sort of obvious how you do it) and to replace do it all in reverse.
