jinjur 2003 Clio 172 Feb 23, 2013 #6 Hmm, conflicting thoughts here.......... :S Yeah, whole front suspension is stripped out trying to find a knock. In doing so found shocks that didn't return but if they ain't broke I can't afford to replace them. J Last edited: Feb 23, 2013

jinjur 2003 Clio 172 Apr 16, 2013 #7 Ok, so in another thread....here...some one has used clips to hold the shocks compressed. Should this not be the case with my brand new Renault items or is it because they are cup pack dampers? Are they gas and the standard 172 ones oil? J
