Shop To Account issues

Hi, wondered if anyone else has had any issues with Shopto.

I have an account with them, but when I try to log in, it says incorrect password. Fine Ill reset it. So I get the email, open the link and type in a new password.

But that still says incorrect password/username?

I obviously have an account as they send me an email to reset my password?

Anyone encountered this issue?

Just logged into my old mans account and had to reset his password but thats worked fine?

Tried clearing your cookies/cache?
