Short Shifter

alright was wondering if someone could help me, i recently purchased a short shift off here off donsrno1 and was just wondering if anyone had fitted one to a phase 2 and weather they had to modify to fit a phase 2 i got the fax from reno showing me the cable and from what i can see it operates something on the gear stick assembly does it not need ths on the short shift?????

Nope doesn't need it. That bit of cable is only to life the reverse lockout colar.
