Should I change

In september i would of had my ph1 172 for 3 years now. I thinking of changing my car, but not sure if i should. I've been thinking of a 197, Maggy 225, ITR, or the new CTR. I dont have lots of money saved up so ill have to hp it. Not a fan of hp but It may help in the long run. Is HP a good thing?! And what car should I get, bare in mind Im going to be 24 in a months time with 4 years nc. (touch wood)
