I like the shop, Colour code it, Do the badges.

Might be an idea as said to put a lip on the rims in whatever colour and match the colour on the badges.

Give the car a bit of theme to carry it off.

Then clear / Smoked side repeaters and it will look nice.

Do it. Looks a lot better but do the interior strips and gearknob blue aswell to match otherwise the blue will have no meaning.

Photoshop>Ellipse Tool>Elliptical Marquee Tool>Delete...to be precise.

I'd definitely make the wheels black, but don't do blue. Blue is just a strange colour to use as an accent colour when it comes to cars, which is probably why you hardly see it done. I'd say spray everything on the wheel black and if you HAVE to have something blue then spray the calipers blue instead. Looks nice though. Definitely change the side repeaters! I'm going to get black ones.
