should i get the apollo kit for the 197?

i asked on renaultsport forum but I want a second opinion

Someone said i'll loose up to 10 bhp :S

I know that those open cone kits like 57i and typhoon take away some horses because of the heat, but this is a closed kit ...


and some guy with a 197 said he dyno'd the car after the kit and showed about +4 hp

The apollo's only a universal filter . I had one on my 182 and it lost power and the 5k kick , the engine felt strangled . Can't comment on how it would affect the 197 but imo its a very expensive piece of crap .
