Side panels vibrating because of sub

  Toyota MR2 GT Turbo
Hey guys
I have a sub (coz I iz Chav leik dat init) and when I turn the volume up, it sounds great inside, but from the outside all you can hear is my plastic side panels vibrating...
If I put my hand on them they stop making a noise, so any idea of something I can do to stop the noise?
Apart from getting rid of the sub?

Cheers

It's french. If you stop one rattle it'll only rattle somewhere else. Long as it's not heard over your music in the car I wouldn't bother.

Hey mate, I got exactly the same issue... Fcuking pain isn't it! Halfords sell this sound deadening material that you put inbetween panel and the door... and apparently it stops the rattling... I haven't tried it as its pretty expensive a set... dunno if this helps...

let me know how you get on or if there's other solutions!

I will have a experiment and post the results!

Point taken, but it sounds stupid to the people outside.
