Side strips/rubbing strips removal

I want to swap the side/rubbing strips on my Trophy how do these attach and any tips?

Just clipped in, back ones if you open the dorr and just pull them towards the front end will slide off.

Front ones, same again, just slide towards the rear though. Some people take the black grommit out and use a small screwdriver to get the first clip off on the front as well.

Assuming these are not attached in any other way to any other Clio which I highly doubt.. open the door, the strips on the door basically slide off towards the rear of the car, so just push hard.. the strips on the rear quarter slide towards the front of the car, same process again.. push hard, they just pop off.. easy as tbh

The bullets can be a right PITA to remove, just don't go forcing them, I don't think there is any real technique to removing them, just be careful.. what you changing them to out of curiosity?
