Sidelights not working

Thought the bulb blew on my mk3 clio so I bought new ones and none of them work. Think I blew the fuse but not sure where the fuse is as I can't see it on the diagrams on the fuse box under the steering wheel

There also a fuse box in the engine bay mate, near the battery iirc

Had a look under the bonnet,what fuse is for the sidelights? Is all the lights on one fuse? But only sidelights don't work

Just looked in the fuse box under the bonnet,there's a wire not connected to anything is it suppose to plug in somewhere? Is that causing the side lights to not work?

I think the fuse was blown,managed to change the bulb on the drivers side but the passenger side is so tight to get to I have up until I get new bulbs
