is there anyway to let the fan breathe better???

its located on the underside of the laptop and i have noticed recently it's making a bit more noise than it used to. Is it needing a clean???

my advent laptop is makin a buzzing noise i just opend it up yesterday and gave it a blow out,not too bad now.
