silicone glue?

  PB 182 (1 of 29)
I've got 2 silicone bends for an induction set up that i want to join. I have a aluminium joiner but want to avoid hose clips, can I bond it all together and if so what's the best glue? Wondered whether silicone sealant would do? Thanks!

You could probably use super glue. Its only air flow.
Can I ask why you wouldn't want to use jubilee clips?

Thanks for the reply.

In answer to the question I don't want clips for neatness really, I like the idea of having a nice smooth hose (ooerr) without host clips.

I figured there would be no pressure as such but also figured that an adhesive that went fully hard might fail due to engine movement and vibration?
