Silver ph1 with roof rack - A120

Reg was '172 LBF' at 1810hrs this evening going towards Braintree and had Lexus lights and a silver roof rack.

Saw this again this evening at Galleys Corner roundabout at 1900hrs. It's got a big ClioSport sticker in the back window as well which is starting to fade.
