Silvervision fitment/bulb recommendation?

Hey, does anyone know what the fitment is for a non-sport mk3 for some silvervision bulbs? Also, would/could you recommend getting some decent bulbs for the dipped/main beam as i only have reflector headlights and cant really do the HID thing....dont wanna be blinding people.
