I'd be hoping they've mixed the tracking up at Abruzzi.
Royal mail can incorrectly route a parcel quite easily, but it tends to get caught, as the post 'person' will spot it at the very least, so I'd say what's been delivered was physically addressed there on the label.
Local misdeliveries are a bit different, but to be routed so far away and then subsequently delivered seems a long shot.
Here's one I sent back to a shop recently, 24 miles away in Northampton.
It took 4 days to turn up in Wales. 😂 But got caught and sent back.
