Simplest job in the world.
No drilling required!
1) Find the centre of the bumper. Use tape from the centre of the diamond down to the bottom of the bumper.
2) stick a screw in the middle.
3) screw to the right.
4) screw to the left.
5) cut both ends off with a sharp blade.
6) Walk away, turn around and admire!!!!
It's much easier jacing the car as high as possible at the front and having someone else with you holding it in place.
