once you have done the online purchase how long does it take before you have the kit and online?

my kit took about a week to come through, was set up in about 10 days

It generally takes a few days for your router and stuff to arrive. With regards to getting online it takes on average about 10days for Openreach to connect you to the Sky network.

especially if they can't do anything until 7 days after you've moved your telepohone number
