Sky+ System Restore

Does anyone know how to do a system restore?
Not the usual switch off for a couple of minutes.
I seem to remember you have to press somebuttons for a few seconds but cant remember which ones.

from what I can remember its in "services" option 4, then press 01 select, option 7 planner rebuild or something, select to confirm wait 2 mins...
