Slammed Clio

@Jon.G, I haven't bought Rokkor or Raceland I've bought TA Technix and I'm ordering my Custom Springs.

Look at Android, Jimmy Gibson and F0xy to name a few, It's possible but whether it's livable is another story!

F0xy's wasn't as low as your PS. Close though, he had FK's or GAZ IIRC. Can't say I've ever heard of TA Technix, but I'm expecting them to be cheap s**t that will lower the car 60mm tops.

@Jon.G, Don't think TA Technix are that common to be honest but I know a few Clio's on here are using them and nobody seems to have complained, 120mm Max Drop but I'm getting Custom Springs because rears won't go low enough, Have you seen Jimmy Gibson's Clio?

This is your third Projects thread on the same car.
Your previous posts stretch back into last year about custom rear springs, Corsa's and dreams.

JUST SAVE UP - you're throwing your money away.

@Jon.G, I'm ordering the springs he used but I probably won't use them for daily driving thats only if I can use them at all.

My Clio runs on TA Technix. Purely because at the time I couldn't find any Raceland/Rokker coilovers for a non-sport with 58mm bolt spacing so I ended up ordered the TA Technix from Germany for about £208 inc. postage. Delivery took only 3 days as well.

As for the coilovers themselves, they aren't bad. If you look at my car the rear is as low as it will go without taking the adjuster out. The front will wind down about another 20mm but isn't needed on mine. The ride? well what to you expect from cheap coilovers, they are purely for looks, still a bit floppy but a damn sight better handling wise that standard suspension.

It would be epic if you could get the engine in but it's alot of work, The guy who was on about it in the other thread will never do it, Now you stand a chance. Go for it when you can afford to insure it, I love different things.

Always going to have issues with standard coilovers on the rear of Clio's due to the lack of weight in the back.

You got any rear end shots of yours Expired? (I cba finding the Z3M thread)

Most ironic thread title evAr!

Surely that has to be higher than standard ride height? Even my old ph2 which was bog standard wasn't as high as that...
