Slight "clunking" noise

I have noticed what can only be described as a slight clunk that i can feel on my clutch pedal with a slight clunking noise.
I have also noticed as the car is coming to a stand still i can hear something as the wheels turn around coming to a stop, the noise almost goes with the motion of the wheels...

I have fitted my de-cat pipe about 3 weeks ago but that all seems to be ok and secure... the engine manegment light is on (due to de-cat) is there anything anyone can think of, any thing to look for?

Jesus Christ im thick... bot had come loose on passenger wheel, does have 25mm spacers on :s

Torqued up properly?

Used a torque wrench to get to the required torque, or just down up TAF?

Torque them to 105nm or QFT (quite f**king tight)

oh i see, yeah there are tight now, il just keep my eye on them too just incase!
