Slight knocking at idle??

Only jus started really, as the title says sounds like theres a slight knock on tick over, But when I blip the throttle it goes away, the knock itself is very regularly timed an does not get louder or vary.

Got the cambelt done bout a month ago, could it have something to do with this?

Any suggestions helpful and appreciated.

Carbon canister normal opertion the tick should come from the o/s/f headlight as this is where the canister is to. it may need a new one if its excessive.

bigend bearing ? which I do not hope for ya....ever run with low oil YES even 3 mm under max !!
