Just watched this Bedford clip again - I didn't stop talking! To be fair Emily was only 4 weeks old and still in intensive care so caffeine was my life-blood and the only reason I was upright.

The chicane at the end of the straight is 50-60mph for some people, and 80-90mph for Lee.

I quite like the Twingo's

I'm loving the GT. Amazing throttle response, low grip and fairly low weight and it's great fun. I'm looking forward to trying the Renaultsport one. I should be trying that soon hopefully.

It's in the body shop Seb. Renault were obviously still learning how to use white paint when they sprayed mine.

Awesome to hear, for me as a 197 lover, that it was posting quicker speeds than your Cup, as I'm always very impressed by the pace of your Cup in your vids - and it's obviously not due to a lack of skill on your part that the 197 was quicker either.

Nice vid as well. If I understand correct - you're not driving, but passengering yea Mark? Have you had a go at driving a R27/Cup on track? I'd be interested to hear your thoughts. I mean, aside from the ones in the pub style chat in the vid hehe! Interesting point made as well, "from about 2.5k this thing pulls brilliantly" - that's one to remember...

Not really. Most 197 owners say there cars as quick in a straight line, although they don't 'feel' as quick. Pulls a lot harder? Just untrue.

no i havent driven one ,im not saying the actual performance of the car looks inadequate in anyway ,that would be hard to pass judgement on from a video .
Im saying that to me it doesnt appear to be being driven very quickly.
