Slow speed grinding/frog/chainsaw noise

This morning my car is making a weirdest noise which has got worse over the past couple of days.

It sounds like some one trying to start a chain saw somewhere under the bonnet. It's a creaking noise related to wheel speed and it particularly noticeable at low speed. Not affected with brakes on or clutch down. I can't feel the noise through the pedals. Haven't notice it get very loud at high speed either. Not related to engine speed

Hope you can hear it in the video. I've got a headache from it so need it sorted.

Eelated to wheel speed and not engine speed you say?

Anything caught in your brakes?
How are your wheel bearings?
Are the CV joints in good order? (is the boot still in place on the driveshaft/joint)

Erm.....so.....the wheel bolts were a little bit loose. There was paint on the mounting surface of the wheels where they'd been refurbed which came off and obviously made the torque not adequate.
