Hi all, just got these bit there's a tiny screw through one of the tyres pictured here:

Tyre hasn't deflated at all, I was wondering if it'd be repairable as it's in the very centre of the tyre and where to go, and how much would it cost? Anyone done this before?

Cheers

Go to a local tyre fitter .Definitely repairable , it only becomes an issue when the puncture is near the tyre wall . Should cost about £8 .
