Small squeak when initially accelerating

My car has recently developed a small squeak when accelerating. It only does it when the cars in gear and you're moving which makes me think it could be an engine mount? Ideally I want to get it sorted quickly as it's getting a bit annoying with the window open!

I have this, turns out the join of the cat to the exhaust has rusted so it makes a squeak noise. New exhaust mount helps as it doesn't move as much but I just live with it now.

That would make sense as the exhaust has been blowing recently. I'll get it on the ramps tonight and have a look and see what I can do, thanks.
