Smooth front insert?

what do you think to smoothing the front bumper insert and relocating number plate, say under to the left near bottom grille?

It looks good when done, just pointless unless you're gonna go the whole way and not have a front plate at all

its only off coz i painted the bumpers, ill put it back then its illegal to have no plate isnt it
