Smooth wiper?

How do you achieve the smoothed wiper look as I want to do mine any help would be great

Fibreglass the hole, skim filler and sand, then paint satin black, jobs a goodn

To save messing around with fibre glass, i just glued a penny behind the hole then used a bit of filler to make it flush, sanded it down to make it smooth and painted. Looks class.
