Snapped wheel bolt!

I had the wheels of the cup the other day 2 give em a good clean.
As i was putting the back ones on i managed to shear off one the bolt heads! I wasnt really putting much weight on the bolt so was confused that it would break.
Had it drilled out by a local garage who charged me £20.
Ive been told it looks like a defective bolt.
Does n e 1 think it would be a good idea 2 try and get my money back from reno or try and get a discount on my impending service?
Thanks

I had one go on me Williams.

Mat and Malc then spent the next 30/40mins using a screwdriver chiselling it out.. worked wonders.. hehe.

This is what had to be done to david16vs valver at Rally Drive last week. The guy who ran the place sorted it out, was very impressed how he did it.
