Snatching brakes

Hi,

My Clio 182 has rebuilt calipers all round, and also fitted new Pagid discs with OEM spec Brembo pads all round as well.

I have found that the brakes can sometimes be grabby / snatchy at slower speeds, and other times behave more progressive like they used to. At speed I have found that the brakes can also sometimes be grabby when initially applying the brakes.

The car had DS2500 on it before rebuilding calipers, replacing pads and discs. These were on the car when I bought it.

Is this a symptom of the Brembo OEM spec pads? Or is it likely I have another fault elsewhere?

Ran them with no issues for years here, have you bedded them in properly?

Only other issue could be with the master cylinder, might not have noticed it before with the old discs/pads.
