software for xbox backups ?

whats the best software to use to make backups of my original xbox games?

im guessing nero dvd copy wouldnt work ??

try using dvd 2 xbox or something like that then copying the files to the pc

You need to use the xbox drive itself I believe.

A PC DVD drive is not capable of reading the contents of an XBOX dvd, you must install DVD2XBOX or DVDXCOPY or simmilar on your xbox, place the dvd in the drive and hit copy.. then ftp the copied files from the HDD of the xbox, then compile it using something like XISO and burn the image on your PC.

so all it does is rip an iso image to the hdd ? or does it rip the contents into sub
folders etc?

When you run the software on the Xbox it will rip the game (folders/files everything) to the xbox HDD, you must then FTP into your xbox in order to copy the files to your PC, on your PC you then get an app like xiso to compile all the files/folders into one ISO file which you can then burn with your favourite burning app like any other ISO.
