software to cut music ?

Hiya, im looking for somthing i can download that i can cut music, im just doing somthing with flash as a project and i need somthing that i can cut the first 10 seconds of a song and save it..

anyone no any good simple software ??

Soundforge is great, as is Wavelab but not altogether simple or free (unless you know where to go).
