Some updates before South Mimms

Thought I would do a couple of mods before the south mimms meet that i had been meaning to do for a while. Ignore the wierd blossom stuff on my car, it needs a wash before sunday
First, I painted the rear badge to match the others

Then i decided to sort out my bulbs as they were rly yellow
The sidelights look much bluer in the pics for some reason, but theyre road legal (E1 Approved)

Old on the left, new on the right,

Also changed the dipped beams to "xenon blue"

New on left, old on right (new sidelights in both)

Voila, job done, only took like a min per bulb, the benefits of having a tiny 1.2 engine lol

For some reason the pics make my new sidelights look much bluer than in real life, and the new dipped beams look more different in real life than the pictures show, either way im happy with the outcome lol, comments welcome.

And before anyone points out, yes i have ordered silvervisions (and new h11s for the fogs) but they havent arrived yet, they should be here by sunday though.

What have you used to spray the badges, just black spray paint?

yea just painted it the same as my other badges (primer, black,clear coat)
was a b**ch getting the badge off the handle bit for some reason

A nice couple of upgrades, if it was me however, I would change them rear lights

Not a fan of the rear lights but front are a massive improvement!

haha yea ive ordered some silvervisions on wed but it was 2nd class delivery so still hasnt arrived, should be here soon.

on the rear lights - ive been considering changing them/putting them back to standard for a while but ive decided to keep them as they go with the silver and black theme and they passed an mot last week
