Someone help this r****d with his ipad

We bought 3 ipads for work ages ago but I changed my mind and we ended up giving them to my business partners 3 kids. They have now come back into my possession and i've just tried to do my stuff on it and it's all signed up to his wifes email/itunes/icloud account etc.

​How do I wipe it all off and start again???
