Something blew?? Battery content

Right this is my fault for been a complete numpty and forgetting to disconnect the battery,,

Anyway I've moved my ecu and to do So I needed to undo my junction box that I've used to relocate my batter now I went to undo the nut (in junction box) and it sparked obviously that's when I realised I'd forgot to disconnect it,,

Just connected battery back up and there's nothing any ideas what I've blown fuse ect would it be the new mega fuse that's blown up next to the battery or something else

I know I've now got power on ignition but when I go to turn the car over something ticks and I lose all power again anyone got any ideas at all what to check

When it ticks does the lights go off? Flat battery maybe?

Sorted no idea how What happened I just put it on a better earth on the car and it's spot on now thank god
