Something is creaking on my 182!

When I take off in first I can hear a creaking from the passenger side, seems to be coming from the lower part of the passenger door, or in that vicinty. The harder the acceleration the more pronounced the creak is. Same happens when breaking sharply.
Any ideas what it might be?

Is it when pulling out of a parking place ?? do you have full lock on ??

I am having problems with the above ^^ meant to be a well know fault ..

Nah, happens in a straight line every time.
Didn't happen from new, it's start a few months ago.
Could it be the shocks?

engine mounts??

when i set off slowly in my car in first i get a creaking/juddering
sounds like its from under the gearstick and forward a bit..
think mines an engine mount
