Sometimes getting lost can be awesome... (New S13 pics)

And fun...

I went out today and for those from around Bury I started off at the jackson heights road then went over the grane road. Normally at this point I'd turn down through Holcombe and head home however I was bored and running plenty of petrol and figured the moors were somewhere ahead so I followed the signs for Todmorden. This turned out to be a great decision because the roads through Calderdale and Oxenhope(?) were amazing! This was the bit where I was lost haha, however I found some signs toward Keighley which I know and again a few more interesting roads to go over. Right in the middle of the moors I figured I would stop for a couple of quick snaps:

Awesome photos. Great roads too. I love driving through there, quick blast after uni, even though it adds an extra 30mins to my journey. Wish I wasnt stuck in work tonight, would of been out that way otherwise, might of seen you about.

Re: Sometime getting lost can be awesome...

It was an 80mile round trip in the end lol. Worth every minute though even if your not pushing on the views and scenery is awesome. At times it was pretty surreal aswell, through the villages instead of seeing teens sitting on walls there were old folk in flat caps sat on wall tops swinging their legs? Defo a good way to spend a sunny Saturday :D I saw a blue 1*2 on the road with the photos aswell as a ph1 172 on the way into keighley...

Also, just to be clear, the car was planted through the twisties not sideways! Clios be warned, there are other cars out there that can handle a corner ;)

Love it. I love the sleeper aspect of it too. Epic car.

What engine mods have you got planned any? is it just the standard 200 bhp now?

Bein the CA18DET, its 171hp standard which is where its at now. Coming up ASAP is stage 1 which should be around 230hp at the fly. The goal is 300hp at the wheels and 900kgs...

There looks to be alot of room under the arches. I am suprised it handles so well being that tall, as I would have thought the suspension would be very soft.

Also, is that bonnet supposed to be black? Or you going for that 'rat' look?

Its quite soft, but still handles pretty well. Also, the bonnet is black. I'm not going for any look Im just piecing it together for now. When its all running and at the standard I want, with the right body parts I want I'll worry about the paint...

That sunset picture is a great shot and is that a bus stop in one of those photos? I wouldn't fancy driving a bus down some of those roads lol
Yes! lol. The bus took its time coming up the road I dont think it would have been much for the driver haha.

AhmedRSI, cheers mate. The lights should look pretty good when they are done fella ;)
