sound and video out of sinc on ipod

ive just put a film on my ipod and it worked fine all the way through at first, but now when im watching it its all out of sinc with the sound and the video being played. Is there any way i can fix this? ive tried taking it off the ipod and putting it back on and its doing the same thing (works fine first then starts to slip)

any programs or process' would be great thanks.

I have seen this on an Ipod forum, cant remember the name of said forum.

must add, the films work fine on itunes as well.
